Airport
So we rented a car from Avis, that we'll be picking up tomorrow. When I ran the numbers, it was almost $100 cheaper to rent the car from a non-airport location! We can still return it to the airport on our way which is nice, but I am kind of appaled that the price is so much higher. Crazy. It makes me mad. Supid car renters.
Well, I think that we might have to go here. The boarding process is about to start.
Yay for the internet!

iPhone is here!! (in June, and for an inferior network)
I'm sure you've all heard about the iPhone by now. The past 12 hours have been abuzz with, what I like to call, iPhone Phrenzy (look at my clever alliteration)! You can bet that I was extremely productive at work between 9:30 and 11:00 am today. . .There are a number of sites that fully detail and spec out the product, so I'm not going to do that here. I am, however, going to provide these links for your reading pleasure.

DMV
I went to the DMV today to get a Washington driver's license. I left work early hoping to beat the rush. I got to the DMV at around 4 (actually at 4:03 as it says on the ticket above). This is a picture of the ticket I got when I went inside. It is important to note that my number is 87. They were serving number 16 when I arrived. Wow. So I went to the bank. When I came back it they were on 23 or something. Ridiculous. As I was standing around waiting, a girl came running the corner, she was frantic. She ran over to [her mom] and screamed, "I missed it by one!" Her mom tried to comfort her, but then the girl started crying rather loudly. The mom went outside to their car. The girl had a breakdown in the DVM, but finally managed to get outside. Immediately following that incident. a small child was playing with the door and managed to get his hand stuck on the hinge side. He cried and cried. Loudly. His parents didn't really do much to quiet him down.
